Since all of our products are made-to-order (print-on-demand) and customized according to the design, size, and color you select, they are considered personalized items that cannot be resold.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in the following cases:
The product arrives damaged or defective.
You receive the wrong size, color, or design compared to your order.
If any of the above applies:
You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
We may request clear photos of the product to verify the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or issue a full/partial refund as appropriate.
