Return & Exchange Policy

Since all of our products are made-to-order (print-on-demand) and customized according to the design, size, and color you select, they are considered personalized items that cannot be resold.

For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in the following cases:

1. The product arrives damaged or defective.

2. You receive the wrong size, color, or design compared to your order.

If any of the above applies:

• You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

• We may request clear photos of the product to verify the issue.

• We will arrange a replacement or issue a full/partial refund as appropriate.

Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled within 1 hours of purchase, provided that production has not yet started.

• Once your item has entered production or has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

• If you wish to cancel, please contact us immediately with your order number so we can check the status.

Important Notes

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate sizing, shipping address, and order details. We cannot issue refunds for mistakes in these details once production has begun.

• Digital products, intimate apparel, and other hygiene-sensitive items are non-returnable under all circumstances.

• Your order number

• Photos of the product (if applicable)

• A description of the issue

We will respond within 48 hours.
